The Settlement, Section II subdivision consists of 121 homes in Round Rock, Texas. The Homeowners Association (HOA) serves to maintain the public areas and the overall appearance of the neighborhood, in conjunction with the subdivision management company, Goodwin Management.

 

How your dues are allocated

Following is a breakdown of how your annual dues of $165.00 are allocated by the HOA for the entire year:

Property Maintenance (44% or $72.60) – Lawn mowing and maintenance, fertilizer, plants and flowers, shrub and tree trimming, minor sprinkler system repair, and lighting for front entrance to the subdivision.

 

Administrative (24% or $39.60) – Office supplies, postage, annual meeting expenses, account charges, and property management services (Goodwin Management).

 

Tax and Insurance (22% or $36.30) – Federal income tax, property and liability insurance for the entry area, fence, and Board member liability coverage.

 

Utilities (10% or $16.50) – Water and electricity for the front entrance.
