HOA Neighborhood Party, Oct. 13th

Filed under: Community News, HOA — admin @ 10:54 am

We are planning our neighborhood annual HOA party October 13th, 2007 from 4pm - 10pm. The party will be held in the Outpost Cove cul-de-sac. We will have grills
set up,so bring something for your family to grill. There will be
games for children and adults. This will be a great opportunity to meet
your HOA neighbors.

We will soon be leaving on your front doors requests for the number of pumpkins you will need for your children for the Harvest-Pumpkin-Decorating contest. If you carve your pumpkins, please include a little tea-light candle and we will light it up as it gets dark at the party. We will collect pumpkins and bring them to your home a week before the party. You may reply here at the web site or to Marie, the chairman of our Community
Affairs Committee. There will be prizes for the best pumpkins, which
may be painted or carved.

We plan on having a water slide for the children, and a water balloon toss, so expect wet kids.

We would also like to have your email addresses so we can sent out announcements via computer rather than spend our precious money printing and mailing HOA information.

Filed under: Community News, Website — admin @ 10:26 am

I’ve created a gallery for the subdivision to access and will allow people to post pictures of their homes, gardens, christmas lights etc.  The Gallery utilizes a common “Gallery” software for the web.  The gallery can be accessed by clicking on the Gallery link on the left navigation under the Pages section of this site.

Remember: Trashcans

Filed under: HOA, Bylaws — admin @ 10:38 pm

The HOA board would like to remind all of it’s home owners that trashcans left out in the street after trash day is unslightly.  Please move your trashcan so that it is not visible from the street. Additionally, trash sacks that contain home refuse need to be in a container and not out on the street.   If you have any questions please email your HOA board members.

Thanks!
